I started Ten Bay Consulting because I noticed a gap: small businesses need real marketing help, but most agencies are built for big budgets and big teams. I wanted to build something different — a place where the person designing your website is the same person who picks up the phone when you have a question.
I've built sites and marketing systems for financial planners, coaches, nonprofits, CPG, landscaping companies, and beyond, which means I've learned to speak a lot of different "business languages" and translate them into clean design and clear messaging.
When I'm not at my desk, you'll probably find me at my other project — restoring and running a historic 1890s Airbnb in Wisconsin. (Turns out running a small hospitality business teaches you a lot about what makes people trust a brand.)
